Assist and guide students who qualify for special education services with executive functioning skills. Provide compassion and understanding in tough situations, and help give students confidence to try new things. Help modify assignments to be an appropriate challenge for specific students, with goals in mind to help them grow into responsible and capable students and young adults.

Lead high-schoolers of varying language proficiency levels through 1 year of Norwegian curriculum in 4 weeks. Use classroom and immersion techniques appropriate for a variety of learning styles. Build strong individual relationships with students and ensure that their learning experiences will be fun and stimulating and that students will feel safe and heard. Teach virtually using Zoom, Google Suite, Loom, and other virtual teaching programs.

Led several 9-week long Norwegian language classes for students of all ages and language levels as an interim instructor. Arts Editor

Curated and produced an annual arts and literature magazine with a team of editors. Organized work of submitting artists and kept in contact with them. Documented artwork for publication. Curated, installed, and publicized the annual gallery show. Planned publication events.
